The webinar will focus on QuanFINE high-performance substrates for power applications and devices and will feature two speakers closely involved in the ALL2GaN project:

Michael Salter, RISE Research Institute of Sweden
Anders Lundskog, SweGaN

Michael Salter will present the latest results of RISE GaN HEMT device development within the ALL2GaN project, including E-mode/D-mode devices using SweGaN QuanFINE GaN/SiC epi substrates and vertical nanowire HEMT devices.

Anders Lundskog will introduce SweGaN and QuanFINE Epitaxy, followed by an overview of Mg-doping profile tuning.

The webinar offers an opportunity to discover recent developments in GaN technology, learn from European research and industry experts, and engage with the speakers during a live Q&A session.
