The FAMES European FD-SOI Design School (EFDS)

The FAMES European FD-SOI Design School (EFDS) is a one-week theoretical and practical training course focused on FD-SOI design.

• Location: CIME Nanotech and CEA-Leti, Grenoble, France

This course is intended for chip designers, engineers, Masters and PhD students, with the purpose of providing the essential scientific and technical foundations for developing integrated circuits using FD-SOI technology.

The comprehensive program includes important topics such as transistor modeling, sophisticated analog and RF design techniques (including body-biasing), the complete digital circuit design flow (from RTL to routing), and crucial design-for-test methodologies. The curriculum combines expert lectures with hands-on sessions to give participants a practical learning experience.

This winter school represents a key opportunity to strengthen expertise within the European FD-SOI ecosystem and empower the next generation of designers.
